FAQ

Where are you based?
I work Tuesday-Saturday in Brentwood, Greater London.

The studio is located next to Brentwood station which is on the Elizabeth Line.

I occasionally guest at studios in London.
 

How much do you charge?
Smaller tattoos are usually priced by the piece, however as a rough guide, my hourly rate is £120, and my day rate is £600. A day session is roughly 11:30am-6pm.

How do I book?

The best way to book is via my booking form here.

Do I have to pay a deposit?

Yes, once we have agreed on a date for your appointment I take a £50 deposit via bank transfer or in person. This is non refundable so make sure you're sure before you put the deposit down! Full terms and conditions listed at the bottom of this page. 

What if I don't want to book yet but just want to ask a few questions?
Feel free to still use the booking form but just add that you don't want to book yet, and pop N/A in the sections that you don't have an answer for yet!

How long between sending a booking form and receiving a reply will I have to wait?
Due to the amount of the amount of emails I get and my poor admin skills (my artist background is no use with this!) I aim to get back to everyone within 14 days. If you have not received a reply by the 1 month mark please resend your form!

Can I see a design before I book?
Unfortunately not sorry.

Can I see a design before my appointment?
Yes! If you request, I can send you over the design the day before the appointment and you can make any changes/edits so you know what you're getting on the day.

What ink do you use?
I use Dynamic Black and Panthera, which are both vegan. 


What do I do if I'm nervous about my appointment?
If you’re nervous about the process or anything to do with it please let me know, your comfort is very important to me and I’ll try my best to make sure during discussion and on the day I do everything I can to put your mind at ease! I also encourage you to bring along anything that will make you more comfortable e.g iPad and headphones to watch Netflix, sweets, blanket etc.

Can I bring someone with me?
Yes of course! You are welcome to bring one person with you for support, however please avoid bringing multiple people as I don't have too much space for waiting.

Deposit & Appointment Terms and Conditions

Deposits are non-refundable. I allow one reschedule of an appointment with deposit if I'm given 14 days notice. If an appointment is cancelled less than 14 days before the appointment date, you will forfeit your deposit and require a new one to rebook. If an appointment is cancelled a second time, you will also forfeit your deposit and require a new one to rebook, you may also be asked to pay the full tattoo amount up front. 

If you are over 30 minutes late for your appointment, the appointment may not be able to go ahead and in this case your deposit will be forfeit.
