Cancellation Policy

Deposits are non-refundable. I allow one reschedule of an appointment with deposit if I'm given 14 days notice. If an appointment is cancelled less than 14 days before the appointment date, you will forfeit your deposit and require a new one to rebook. If an appointment is cancelled a second time, you will also forfeit your deposit and require a new one to rebook, you may also be asked to pay the full tattoo amount up front. If you are over 30 minutes late for your appointment, the appointment may not be able to go ahead and in this case your deposit will be forfeit.
